That said, I truly appreciate meeting girly-girls. I admire how they seem to float, as though sprinkled with fairy dust. This couldn’t have been more true for the lovely sisters...  Most people would agree that the city of Los Angeles is not much of a city. There is no apparent center, no real pedestrian life, and to top it all off, within Los Angeles, there are a bunch of incorporated cities, the most famous of which is Beverly Hills, closely followed by Santa Monica, lesser...  I will admit that since welcoming my second child into this world I have found it more difficult to balance life as a mother and life as a professional. On most days I find myself lucky to work for myself as it gives me more flexibility to be a parent, but on the flip side...  Getting back to work five and a half weeks after giving birth isn’t easy, not just because you’re away from your newborn baby, but because you don’t know what kind of night you’re going to have. You don’t know how many times you might have to wake up and how much (or how little) sleep...  I’ve been somewhat absent from the blogosphere these last few weeks.
